The application is basically a one-step process; the MGA allows the applicant to submit all necessary documents in an approach.


  1. Reliability and professional suitability: Is the applicant reliable and technically capable of conducting a gambling business?

  2. Business Plan: Does the applicant have a reasonable business strategy.

  3. Operational and legal requirements: If the applicant complies with the operational and legal requirements and official requirements. These include, among other things, a fully paid-in minimum capital amounting to: € 100,000 for class 1 and 2 & € 40,000 for call 3 and 4.

  4. System test: Before commissioning, the applicant must undergo a technical test of the requested system in a test run.
